It had particularly nice views and location was marvellous.

A pool and an elevator were available. The staff were very-very nice, cared about us, thank you.

We definitely got great value for our money at this lovely apartment. The room was comfortable, well-equipped, and had an amazing view of the lake. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station. The staff, especially Alessia, were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Menu for breakfast could have been better with more variety, but it didn't overshadow the overall positive experience.

We had a really great stay in Varenna just next door to ferry and boat as well as Varenna and ferry.

Liked pretty much everything, no reason to complain. Very helpful staff made sure we had a wonderful stay on holiday. Perfect, stunning location to get around, it was within walking distance of a train station.

The location was unbeatable, just a short walk from the city center. The host was very helpful and accommodating. I appreciated the availability of a microwave oven, coffee and tea making equipment, and fridges for cooking. The pool area looked lovely.

our recent stay in varenna was incredible, but Residenza Luigina took it to a whole new level. the apartment was modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean, with stunning views of Lake Como. the private balcony made for the perfect spot to relax with a glass of wine. we couldn't have asked for more.

We stayed for 2 nights at a studio room at Residenza Luigina. The balcony offered a breathtaking view of the mountains and the lake, and we were pleasantly surprised to find the same picturesque view from the room's window. The facilities provided were modern and clean, including microwaves, oven, pots, pans. The hi-tech safety system gave us peace of mind. The owner was kind and even provided complimentary snacks and fruit juice. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the train station and the waterfront. We would definitely visit again!

Clean and modern studio with a fantastic balcony overlooking the lake. the pool was a great addition and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. the location was perfect for exploring the central part of Lake Como, with easy access to the railway and road.

The bathroom was a bit small and the facilities felt more suitable for children. the walk to town was a bit challenging, with a curvy, narrow road, especially at night.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, being right next to the train station. It made it easy to travel around and explore the area. the apartment had a beautiful view of Lake Como, which was a great bonus.

The sofa bed in the room was not very comfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

I had a fantastic stay at a trendy apartment in an excellent location. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The proximity to the train and lake ferries was incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The view from the room and balcony across Lake Como was simply magnificent. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as weak water pressure in the shower and a plague of ants, I understand that these things can happen and it didn't take away from the overall positive experience. The pool area was lovely, although it was unfortunately taken over by non-guests on the weekend, causing a bit of disappointment. However, the staff were kind and accommodating, and I'm grateful for their assistance in resolving any issues that arose. All in all, I highly recommend this apartment for a memorable stay in Varenna. I had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying at this apartment. It was conveniently located near the train station and just a short walk down to the water's edge. The kitchen area was well-equipped with everything we needed, like a tin opener and general kitchen equipment. The apartment itself was spacious and clean, and the view from the balcony was absolutely stunning.

We did experience a bit of a problem with the water pressure in the shower.

Waking up to the wonderful sight of the lake and mountains was truly amazing. the spotless and updated studio apartment had 2 balconies with doors that opened in multiple ways, providing great airflow. the secure entrance and electronic gates added to the peace of mind. the sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable and the perfect space for one or two people. the location was ideal, within walking distance of the train station and not too far from Varenna or the Ferry. The welcoming and informative host made my stay exceptional. Cons: Nothing to mention. .
